Eclipse have been very supportive, especially their technical Chat Line, in helping me upgrade. Not cheap, but very reliable and efficient.
I'm currently waiting to upgrade to FTTC Lightspeed
They used to be excellent when they provided ADSL but as a FTTC provider they are the most expensive there is and I no longer think they ar worth the premium price.
Awful. Dire. Terrible. NEver had such a jumpy isp before. one minute it will be 15mgs, next it will be 0.1 mgs.
Customer service terrible to the point where indian call centre workers who do not speak english would be better.

Constant spiking. I live in London for crying out loud and on average get a loss of signal once per hour for appx. 1 min before it resumes. DO NOT GET ECLIPSE INTERNET.
