Continual loss of service(line down).
Call centre responds well BUT sre unable/unwilling to solve the problem. Many many calls made and 5 engineer visits but BT engineers/EE keeppassing thebuck and neither will take resp.
Poor practical support
Since alot of changes with Orange / EE The broadband is minimal usage only, although Orange/EE are looking into it for me.
Service unpleasant and speed slow with intermittent outage, not happy!
