Been with Virgin for only a few days,
because TalkTalk/Openreach could only manage 10Mbs on a supposed 40Mbs line. No impressed with Virgin organistation, but Nate who installed Hub 3 and cabling was fantastic. Running 50Mbs+
Call centre refuses to acknowledge noise problems in the area, will not send out an engineer to check, even though there have been > 8 area faults int he past month
just terrible. inconsistent, always breaks down leaving me without broadband and television....
Poor modem (puma 6), can't use own modem.
Tech support only follows scripts, impossible to speak to someone who knows what they're doing.
Speeds good, mostly. Upload speed is poor.
