Whilst there is no actual hard cap in place, users are reminded that BT IPStream is a contended service thereby you share available bandwidth with other users both on the BT and ISP Network.
The official line on contention can be found on Plusnet's site here.
Unless you download 100's of GB per month is it unlikely that you will be affected. More leniency is given to those who download off peak.
