"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments
in your mail".
From Tools >>> Options >>> Security Tab.
Untick "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that
could potentially be a virus".

If you don't want to turn the option off permanently, open the
e-mail and then go to view and click on blocked images which
should then show them.
