Outlook Express wont let me view attachments/jpgs

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail".

From Tools >>> Options >>> Security Tab.
Untick "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".

Microsoft have a support article about this issue in OE for a Windows XP SP2 PC which can be found at :-
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=843018

Quote

"Warning The "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail" option is a security feature that has been included in Windows XP SP2 to protect your computer against junk e-mail (spam).

We recommend that you do not turn off this option.
Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Outlook Express.
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Security tab.
Click to clear the Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail check box.
Click Apply, and then click OK."

If you don't want to turn the option off permanently, open the e-mail and then go to view and click on blocked images which should then show them.
